This evaluation report is part of a broader evaluation on Finland’s development cooperation in the environment and natural resources sectors. This report examined how Finland’s development cooperation has succeeded in advancing development policy objectives and promoting positive changes in water as a natural resource in 2010–2024, as well as opportunities for private sector actors.
