ADB: Young Professionals Program (YPP)
The Young Professionals Program (YPP) is ADB's entry-level recruitment program for motivated individuals seeking a career in international development. It offers opportunities to develop professional skills, understand ADB's operations, and help achieve Strategy 2030.
As a Young Professional (YP), you will contribute to ADB's mission and execution of main instruments comprising loans, technical assistance (TA), grants, advice, and knowledge.
- Fixed 3-year term appointment
- Initial placement in an operations or operations support role in the ADB headquarters in Manila, Philippines
- After 18 months, transition to a rotational assignment in another area of ADB
