Unit for Human Resources Development and Occupational Wellbeing

The Unit for Human Resources Development and Occupational Wellbeing is responsible for staff competence, wellbeing at work and occupational safety and health. The Unit is responsible for the planning and implementation of occupational healthcare together with the service provider. The Unit provides the Ministry’s personnel with advice and training on matters concerning family, physical activity, recreation and ergonomics. It organises general induction training at the Ministry.
