Unit for UN and General Global Affairs

The Unit for UN and General Global Affairs is responsible for matters relating to:

• general UN issues and their coordination
  
  
• the UN General Assembly, Security Council and Peacebuilding Commission (PBC) 
  
  
• budgetary and administrative UN questions
  
  
• coordination of election issues and candidatures in international organisations
  
  
• global challenges and multilateral cooperation from the UN perspective
  
  
• thematic peace and security questions in the UN, including Women, Peace and Security, as well as Youth, Peace and Security and
  
  
• planning and guidance relating to recruitments to international organisations and institutes.
