Trade Promotion Unit
KPO-50 Trade Promotion Unit
The unit represents the Ministry for Foreign Affairs within the Team Finland network of publicly funded trade promotion organisations. It coordinates guidance and monitoring of Team Finland work within the foreign service and is responsible for supporting data-driven management within the Team Finland framework. The Trade Promotion Unit is also responsible for implementing Team Finland visits abroad in cooperation with other actors.
The Trade Promotion Unit is responsible for:
- Representing the Ministry for Foreign Affairs within the Team Finland network
- Team Finland planning and monitoring, including support for regional departments and missions
- Planning and implementation of Team Finland events
- Outbound Team Finland visits
- Primary user responsibility and training for the Team Finland customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Honorary consuls as part of Team Finland work
