Our customer service is open from Tuesdays to Thursdays between 9-12 o'clock, but only by appointment. Requests for appointments can me made by email to consular.beo(at)gov.fi or by phone during office hours +381 11 3065 400.
There is no customer service on Mondays and Fridays.
