If you reserving time for notarial services or submitting documents to update personal information in the Finnish Population Register kindly be in touch with us first by email: consulate.seo@gov.fi. If you need several appointment times in a row (family) kindly and if there is not enough many times are available in a row in the system kindly or if there is no times availble in time for a fast track applicant book the time via email.
