Passports, residence permits, notarial services and population registry matters

The customer service at the Consulate General is open by appointment only from Monday to Friday at 10.00 – 12.00hrs.

To book an appointment, please send us an email containing the following information:
- name(s of all customers)
- email address and phone number
- preferred day and time (please include several options)
- subject: passport/identity card, notarial services, residence permit

Schengen Visa

Schengen visa applications by travellers to Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland are received by the Finland Visa Application Centre of VFS Global, the partner of the Consulate General of Finland, by appointment only Monday to Friday at 9.00-15.00hrs.
