Personnel Unit

The Director General for Human Resources leads the Foreign Ministry’s human resources management and the development of the Ministry’s human resources policy. Human resources management is part of the Administrative Services. It comprises of two units, the Human Resources Unit and the Unit for Human Resources Development and Occupational Wellbeing.

The Director General for Human Resources represents the Foreign Ministry nationally in the Government and other central government bodies and internationally within his or her remit.
