Residence permit bookings can be made through https://residencepermits.finland.fi/Nigeria, by email info.finland.ng@vfshelpline.com or by telephone +234 815 018 8800. Telephone service is open Monday - Thursday between 08:00 - 15:00. Please specify whether you are making a paper or electronic application. 

VFS Global also answers to all inquiries in these matters in their service number or by email.

Visa and residence permit applications can be submitted at the Embassy by appointment only. Appointments are booked on the VFS Global website or by telephone service.

Telephone inquiries in consular service matters 

Telephone inquiries in consular service matters can be made from Tuesday to Thursday at 9-11, tel. +234 706 418 9000.

Outsiders can send secure emails and attachments to the Embassy and the staff of the Embassy by going to website turvaviesti.gov.fi and registering their email address. By return mail they receive a link to a portal through which secure emails can be sent.
