The Embassy of Finland in Bogotá only accepts applications for residence permits and passports by appointment. Appointmentes can be booked by e-mail at sanomat.bog@gov.fi.
Visas
In Colombia, Finnish Schengen visa matters are handled by the Swedish Embassy and VFS Global.
