The Embassy is located at the Finance Centre, BGC. The Embassy can be visited by appointment only, finlandappointment.fi. Carefully read the information for different service categories to have all required documents available when visiting.
Appointment slots are available from Tuesday to Friday.
Be advised to bring two government issued IDs. You need one for identification at the Embassy and the other to get access card from the lobby.
Visa, D-visa or residence permit applications are submitted to our partner VFS Global. Residence permit applications are accepted from Monday to Wednesday, appointment for residence permit. Visa applications are accepted from Thursday to Friday, appointment for visa application.
Visa, D-visa or residence permit applications cannot be submitted at the Embassy.
Our telephone hours are from Monday-Friday: 9 am – 11.30 am.
