Embassy customer service by appointment only.
Customer service hours: Monday-Thursday 9.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.15. Customer service hours for telephone inquiries: Monday-Thursday 11.00-12.00.

Legalization and passport applications: please make an appointment by e-mail visa.kat(at)gov.fi.

Resident Permit and Visa-related matters: VFS Global Visa Application Center accepts Finland’s Schengen visa applications on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9am to 2pm and resident permit applications Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 12pm. An appointment at the Visa Application Center can be booked in advance either on the website of the VFS Global Visa Application Center or through the Call Center. Resident permit bookings

Consular services are available for Finnish citizens and foreign nationals with a permanent residence in Finland. On consular matters, please contact the Embassy via email at Sanomat.KAT@gov.fi
