Launching of Finland’s Latin America and Caribbean Action Plan
Finland’s Latin America and Caribbean Action Plan was released by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs at the House of the Estates on 13 February.
The action plan was presented by Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja and Minister for European Affairs and Foreign Trade Alexander Stubb.
