Scholarships for newly graduated journalists in Finland 2005
Newly graduated journalists or students of journalism soon due to graduate from Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, The Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Montenegro, Switzerland, Turkey and The United States of America are invited to apply for scholarships to take part in the Foreign Correspondents' Programme in Finland 2005.
The programme provides an excellent opportunity for participants to learn more about Finland, Finnish society and the Finnish way of life. It also offers participants the means to expand and enhance their professional skills through individual projects related to Finland.
Applicants should possess a good command of written and spoken English and be from 20 to 30 years of age. They should also be prepared to work independently.
The programme starts on August 1, 2005 and ends on August 30, 2005.
