Unit for Global Communications

The Unit for Global Communications is responsible for the planning, development, coordination and implementation of regional Foreign Service communications and country branding work in cooperation with the departments and missions.

The main duties of the Unit for Global Communications are:

  1. supporting the planning and implementation of communications between regional departments and missions
  2. regional implementation of country branding work and Team Finland communications
  3. coordination of and practical arrangements for visits by foreign journalists and experts
  4. planning and implementation of media programmes for high-level visits
