Support to the human rights Special Procedures that are mandated under the UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR). Finland allocates funding to the work of the mandates on the basis of its human rights and development policy priorities. Total amount of funding in 2019 will be 200 000 EUR and will be earmarked, inter alia, to the Special Rapporteur on the rights of persons with disabilities and the Special Rapporteur on Exterme Poverty. Through the Finnish fund, rights and position of persons in a particularly vulnerable situation are supported.
