ADF-15 Concessional Donor Loan

African Development Fund (ADF), which is part of the African Development Bank Group (AfDB), provides grant assistant and concessional loans to the poorest and most fragile countries of the continent. Priority areas of ADF operations are energy and energy access, food security and agriculture, industrialization, regional integration and improving Africans' quality of life, incl. education and youth employment. Gender equality, climate change, fragile states and good governance are cross-cutting priorities in ADF operations. This Concessional Donor Loan is part of Finland's contribution to the African Development Fund for the 15th replenishment period 2020-2022.
