VIET/Project preparation and monitoring in Vietnam

The implementation of development policy and cooperation in Vietnam has been delegated to the country level to the Embassy of Finland in Hanoi. This includes for example identification, planning and monitoring of the development cooperation projects including instumnts such as ICI, LCF and PIF. The objectives of the use of the funds are to promote supervision and monitoring of development cooperation projects, strengthen results-based management and human rights based approach in the implementation of development cooperation and post transition cooperation in Vietnam.
