DEMO Finland

Description

The International Democracy Cooperation of the Parties – Demo Finland is a development cooperation and democracy support organization which was established in 2005. The main focus of Demo Finland's work is to strengthen inclusive multi-party systems and, in particular, to support the civil and political rights of under-represented groups in politics, such as women, young people and people with disabilities. Through Demo Finland's work, the expertise and know-how of Finnish parties and party actors is channeled into democracy support, development policy and, more broadly, Finnish foreign policy.
