The course for 2019 will be organized in Italy or France and the porposed theme is "Emerging issues in international environmental law". The course will be organized in Joensuu in 2020 and in Costa Rica in 2021. The theme for 2020 and 2021 will be decided upon at a later stage together with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and other stakeholders. The funding will be given as a state grant.
