Sustainable WASH for all
Description
Sustainable WASH for all in Nepal (SUSWA) strengthens the federalized governance system to guarantee the access to basic, safe and sustainable drinking water, sanitation services and improved hygiene practices at households, schools, public institutions and all people in general, including marginalized groups. The project is a bilateral project between the governments of Finland and Nepal. The Finnish funding is 9 million euros and it will run between 2019-2023. SUSWA has four Result Areas: 1) WASH governance at local level, 2) Water Supply, 3) Sanitation and hygiene and 4) Sector support and enabling environment.
