Plan International Finland is implementing humanitarian operations with MFA funding in Ethiopia and Nigeria in 2019. In Ethiopia, the overall goal of the project is to contribute to the reduction of child mortality and morbidity in children under five and Pregnant and Lactating Women (PLW) through an integrated nutrition response and WASH NFI distribution among IDPs, returnees and their host communities in Oromia Region.In Nigeria, the project aims at providing equal access to inclusive and protective ECD services to conflict- affected children living in IDP sites and host communities, including those who are living with disabilities. In addition, parents are being familiarized with the concept of positive parenting to support a holistic wellbeing of the conflict affected families. MFA funding for the operations is 1 000 000 euros (Ethiopia 600 000 EUR, Nigeria 400 000 EUR)
