IFRC and FRC humanitarian operations 2019

Finnish Red Cross FRC is implementing operations with the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Cresent Societies IFRC in Syria, Uganda and Niger in 2019. MFA funding for the operations is 2 000 000 euros (Syria 800 000 EUR, Uganda 600 000 EUR, Niger 600 000 EUR).In syria, SARC is the main implementing partner for IFRC. It provides assistance to over 5 million people and offers health services through 110 health facilities. In Uganda, the main partner is Uganda Red Cross Society and IFRC is responding to the needs of 73 000 Congolese refugees in Kyangwali settlement in Western Uganda. Niger operation is impelemnted with Niger Red Cross Society in diffa area. people will receive healt, WASH and protection services.
