INT/Business Partnership Programme
Description
Since 2006 Business Partnership Programme Finnpartnership has promoted sustainable development by increasing long-term profitable, sustainable and responsible business between Finnish and developing country companies and other actors. The program aims to achieve this goal by providing financial business partnership support to Finnish actors to prepare for business in developing countries. In addition, the program provides training, advisory, and information services that support business partnerships. The current programming period of the Finnpartnership program ends in December 2021. The project proposal covers the programming period 2022-2024 and the option to extend the programming period by three years (2025-2027). The basic functions of Finnpartnership's operations will be maintained. Finnpartnership is still a low-threshold support program open to Finnish companies. At the same time, the effectiveness of the program will be strengthened, services will be developed and operations will be made more efficient. The program will place greater emphasis on developing countries and, in particular, on the development of country-level services.
