The objective of the reform of development cooperation practices is that Finland's development cooperation is managed with relevant and efficient arrangements and processes; is administratively and legally coherent; is implemented using standard quality and administrative practices; and is digitalised. The focus of the reform is 1) strategic management, 2) processes and systems, and 3) personnel.
