2250 - Youth, peace and security: planning of implementation

The funds aim to strengthen the Youth, peace and security –approach in the Finnish development policy and to improve the quality of the cooperation relating to the theme. The funds will be used to support the preparation, monitoring and evaluation of the 2250-work. Finland is currently preparing, in close cooperation with the civil society, a national action plan (NAP) on UNSCR 2250 concerning youth, peace and security. The funds for 2250-planning will be used to support the preparation of the NAP and to improve policies on youth participation in peace processes.
