Allocation for Regional Programme Planning will be used for project preparation, conducting of studies and evaluation, audits, seminar arrangements, travel costs related to programme monitoring and sectoral seminars. The funds will be used by the Department for Africa and the Middle East and the Finnish Embassies in Pretoria and in Windhoek. Based on delegation agreements the Department will earmark a certain amount of the funds for the use of the Embassies.
