Project preparation establishing UN Technology and innovation laboratory (UNTIL)

Description

The UN Office of Information and Communications Technology OICT as decided to establish a UN Technology and Innovation Laboratory (UNTIL) in Finland. A Letter of Intent has been signed between the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and UN OICT in July 2017. The project will support the definition, planning and preparatory costs related to the planning phase of the projet, with the objective of having a strategy and other necessary information in place for the final funding decision, signing of agreements and lauch of UNTIL operations in 2018.
