The project aims to effectively mobilise Namibian domestic resources for more equal development and rights-based approach by applying participatory methods in vulnerable communities. Awareness and capacity of the members and affiliates of the Council of Churches in Namibia (CCN) is increased to address the plight of the poor and marginalised. A public advocacy platform for CCN, government and civil society is created to strengthen community mobilisation and pro-poor develoment.
