The project aims at improving quality of life of the children with mental disability in Msingi area, Tanzania. Awareness raising is the way in the prject to change attitudes. Two or three volunteers from each of the three villages is trained to share information and to help the families of mentally disabled children in education and rehabilitation. Activities are started based on community-based rehabilitation (CBR).
