The Finnish Red Cross together with the French Red Cross and the Ukrainian Red Cross will implement in 2016 an operation which aims to decrease the beneficiaries' vulnerability by giving financial support in the form of pharmacy vouchers. An estimated 500 - 1000 IDP's will be supported every month. The operation complements the already existing food assistance programme. The amount granted is 500 000 €.
