Meta-evaluation 2014-2015

Development evaluation unit EVA-11 carries out on a regular basis so called meta-evaluations which assess the quality of project and programme evaluations, aggregate their results and analyze Finnish development cooperation based on these results. Both evaluations and meta-evaluations are an essential part of the accountability and openness of development cooperation. Meta-evaluations are also an important tool in promoting results based management.
