U4 Anti-Corruption Resource Center serves its partner agencies and the needs of the member countries development personnel in anti-corruption work. U4 provides counseling services, materials and training for anti-corruption work on different themes related to. As a member of U4 Finland can advocate for inclusion of its priority themes in the work of U4. The objective of U4's membership is to strengthen Finland's development cooperation effectiveness and efficiency, by increasing the understanding of the anti-corruption work in different areas and themes among the personnel and organizations involved and practicing development co-operation. U4 also offers practical tools and expertise advice services on finnish anti-corruption work and on different corruption problems appearing in development co-operations.
