THL- NAPSA Partneship
Description
The Project is an Institutional cooperation between Finnish National Institute of Health and Welfare (THL) and Zambian National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA). The overall approach of the Project is to support ongoing reform processes in the development of contributory social protection in Zambia, especially targeting the informal and rural economy workers. It is expected to contribute to reduction of inequality, poverty and marginalization in Zambia and also to contribute to building and developing national social protection systems not only for those people who are poor and vulnerable but for all citizens. The Project is HRBA progressive. Gender equality is a fundamental principle and pragmatic approach in the project design and implementation. THL-NAPSA and ILO providing technical assistance to the project will conclude a MoU. Website of THL: www.thl.fi
