Improve the capacity of the Lutheran Churches in Botswana (ELCSA-BD, ELCB) in diaconal involvement, to carry their social responsibility applying the rights-based approach. In phase II the aim is to localise the programme and integrate it to be part of the churches' normal activities, further strengthen the creation of diaconal operational structures in the partner organisations, and to build knowledge on participatory community development.
