IUCN-Finland Framework agreement

Description

Framework agreement between Finland and IUCN will strengthen developing countries' capacity to integrate environmental objectives into development programmes, in particular in areas/sector where Finland's development policy goals and IUCN's strategic objectives are especially strongly in synergy. These include biodiversity, climate change, environment and security in natural resource management, poverty reduction,renewable natural resources in development: forests, water, agriculture and sustainable land management.
