PE/Promotion of Youth Employment and Life Skills

Description

The project seeks to contribute to the employabilty of youth in Peru. The direct objective of the project is to support the employment of 300 youth, from 15 to 20 years old, through enhancing their skills through employment and entrepreneurship trainings as well as life skills training. The project aims to support young people´s participation in the development of their communities in the suburbs of Rimac and La Victoria in Lima. The project activities will be implemented in 6 schools and three shelter homes. In addition, 50 teachers will be trained in the methodology of youth employment, life skills and active participation of youth.
