Humanitarian assistance; Finn ChurchAid (FCA) operations in 2018

Finn Church Aid has on-going operations in 2018 in Syria, Jordan, Bangladesh, South-Sudan, Somalia, Uganda and Central African Republic. In south-sudan, the operation aims to increase food security and livelihood opportunities in the conflict affected areas that are close to famine. In the other operations FCA rehabilitates schools and trains teachers as well as offers education opportunities at all levels (children, youth, adults). FCA is well known for its work in education in emergencies. MFA funding for operations in 2018 is 2 900 000 euros.
