Flash Appeal related to South Sudan January 2014, 50 000 euro: By the mid January there are 33 000 refugees entered in Uganda and the estimation is that by the end of the month the figure will be over 100 000. Fida International together with its partner Pentecostal Churches of Uganda is targeting the assistance to 200 single-mother refugees. Operation is providing shelter and non-food items. The UNHCR and the Office of the Prime Minister (Uganda) will provide overall coordination of activities in the refugee settlements. Duration of the operation is four months.
