U4 Anti-Corruption Resource Center serves its partner agencies and the needs of the member countries development personnel in anti-corruption work. U4 provides counseling services, materials and training for anti-corruption work on different themes related to. U4's membership strengthens Finland's development cooperation effectiveness and efficiency, by increasing the understanding of the anti-corruption work in different areas and themes among the personnel and organizations involved and practicing development co-operation . U4 also offers practical tools and expertise advice services on finnish anti-corruption work and on different corruption problems appearing in development co-operations.
