International Solidarity Foundation works with rural development, small-scale entrepreneurs and cooperatives to diversify the income. Foundation focuses the equality between men and women which is also a cross cutting theme in all projects. The long-term working areas are Uganda, Nicaragua and Somaliland. In the future the idea is to start working in a new area in Eastern Africa. Global education and information about the programme is a part of the work. Solidarity focuses also to further develop the quality and aid effectiveness.
