HAUS/Participatory Democracy, Open Governance & Efficient eGovernment Services (PADOS) in EU Eastern Partnership Countries
Description
The project Participatory democracy, open governance and efficient e-governament services (PADOS) is implemented in the six EU Easter Partnership (EaP) countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine). The project strengthens capacity in the EaP countries. There will be training courses around three themes: 1. Participation, e-democracy, open governance 2. E-governance, cyber security, data protection 3. Public management report and new leadership in complex environment The project is managed by HAUS, the Finnish Institute of public management Ltd. together with Estonian partners (Center for Development and Training of Public Service, The e-Governance Academy ja Estonian School of Diplomacy). The project is implemented in 2014-2015 and its budget is 498.600 Euro. EU participates in the project costs by paying the travel expenses of all the EaP participants to the project events.
