LIR/Support to CSA in strenghtening planning capacity of the Liberian
Description
The aim of this project is to improve the planning capacity of Liberian public administration through the application of EA-methodology tool. In the preparatory phase CMI and CSA will meet with different stakeholders (local government, INGOs, donor community) to discuss the project. Thereafter the EA-method will be tailored to suit the Liberian context and the project through interviews, desktop work, and workshops. Then CMI and CSA will choose 1-3 ministries/government agencies to apply the EA-method in practice. This will be done workshops and desktop work. Finally, a handbook to use the methodology will be developed and CSA will plan with local governments about the further use of the method. The results will be disseminated to the different stakeholders.
