Water and Sanitation Sustainability Programme for Small Towns, Sustainability Phase (WSPST III)

The purpose of WSPST is that safe potable water supply and wastewater services to satisfy the needs of urban population and economic activities in Programme towns are provided on sus-tainable basis. There are four result areas in Phase II: 1: implementation of water supply and drainage/sewerage schemes completed; 2: management of water supply and wastewater services in Prog-ramme towns well established to ensure sustainable, efficient and transparent service; 3: enabling environment and institutionalised support from MOC and VDC in place.
