New non-resident Ambassador to Rwanda
At the presidential session on 28 October, the President of the Republic appointed one new non-resident Ambassador.
The President of the Republic appointed Ambassador Theresa Zitting, Head of Mission at Finland’s Embassy in Dar es Salaam, to serve as a non-resident Ambassador to Rwanda.
