The Informal Ministerial Network for the International Criminal Court (ICC) describes the adoption of the Rome Statute in 1998 as a moment of collective commitment to the fight against impunity and underscores the necessity of making the Rome Statute a universal treaty. Minister for Foreign Affairs Timo Soini is one of more than 30 members of the network.
