Finland's Support to OSCE projects in Eastern Europe and Central Asia

Description

Finland supports the OSCE projects in Eastern Europe, South Caucasus and Central Asia with development cooperation funds via special Framework Agreement between the OSCE and the Embassy of Finland in Vienna. With Finnish supports, the OSCE implements projects, through its Secretariat, Insitutions (ODIHR, HCNM, RFOM) and Field operations, in fulfillment of OSCE principles and commitments, among others, on promoting human rights, democratization, rule of law and institution building in the aforementioned regions.
