THL/Social Sphere Capacity Building

The National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) has planne with Kyrgyzstan's Ministry of Social Affairs a project of the social sector, in which the capacity of the civil servants of the Ministry and experts' is strengthened. In the training the different sectors of the social sector, among others, the vulnerable groups are gone through. Furthermore, the training includes the strengthening of the management of the civil servants. The project will be implemented during the years 2014 - 2017 as cooperation between the institutions and its budget is 499.230 euros.
