Description

The Anna Lindh Euro-Meditarranean Foundation for the Dialogue of Culture started its operation in 2005 with the purpose of promoting peaceful development and economic cooperation by increasing dialogue between cultures and civilizations. The projects of the ALF focus on human rights issues, good governance, sustainable development and education. A national coordinator is selected from each member country of the ALF in order to promote the objectives of the foundation and implement the projects. The national coordinator in Finland has previously been Tampere Peace Resarch Institute.
